A/C question

the A/C on the 88TE is not really cold at idle or low RPMs. At highway speed it runs cold and cools the wagon down. What is this telling me? Low coolant, slipping serpentine belt etc.?

I have a Liquivac. I would NOT reccommend it. The plastic tank collapses which reduces the capacity and makes it slow & hard to use. The set up above sounds worth a try.
