not hard to do

I've fixed two of them.
The gray pot metal gear is likely spinning on the shaft. The solution is to make that gear grab the shaft again.

Tools needed:
long nose pliers
toothpick or similar...

Oops, sorry for the ambiguity. There is no fuel entering the injector. With the line removed from the injector, no fuel comes out of the hard line.

Thanks for the replies. I have a very good fuel flow into the IP as indicated by disconnecting the fuel line into the IP and, while turning the engine over, had lots of fuel pumping out of the line....
