It's an aftermarket kit and uses hella ballasts. I doubt it has the soft-start feature. Do you think the stock harness can withstand the extra current during start-up ?

With the engine off, the pedal firms up after 2-3 pumps,. Pumping the pedal with the engine running, firms up the pedal just little bit.

The shop uses pressure bleeder to bleed the car....
