On the seat - I removed the horsehair and replaced it with 3" of medium foam and 1" of memory foam.
On the back - I cut 3 pieces out of a cheap foam mattress cover and taped them to the seat backer....

Sticky door lock fix

Previous owner always used the vacuum system to lock the car.
Passenger side & trunk keys wouldn't budge.
Sprayed brake parts cleaner to clean it up and followed it up with tri-flow oil. Works...

Good battery, I use a battery warmer.
Synthetic blend, cranks easily.
I've gotten 95,000 miles out of a $900 investment, no complaints.

I had a leaky modulator, it slowly filled the vacuum line with tranny fluid after it was warm and behaved similar.
