What spring pads to achieve "2 finger" gap look

Am running 18" all around. If I install the stiffest sport line springs, which spring pads should I use to attain a 2 finger spacing between wheel arch and tire?

Dun wan it too slammed or too...

My 300CE puffs out some smoke from the engine breather hose. Also some oil deposits inside the air filter cover. Is this normal for a M103 motor? I get an occasional misfire and one wet-oily...
