Put the pedal to the metal while you try to start. If you still have a hard time then get some new plugs and spark plug wires. While you are at it replace the cap and rotor too.

The Rims came from the 2.3-16. So they are 15.0 X 7.0. As you know they are a little wider on the width dimension. They are in good condition except for some typical scraps on sides....
