I am happy to report the SLS shock rebuild is good. The directions that came with the o-rings from eBay are clear. This is a good option if you have leaking shocks and don't want to spend $$$.

It looks like the 617.95X has 184 ft/lbs torque compared to the 97ft/lbs the 616 pots out. That is a big difference. It would make sense that there would be a different clutch for the bigger engine.

I have heard of putting SD springs in wagons with SLS problems. It makes them ride fairly well. I bet they would be plenty for your 240. Instilling SLS is too much trouble.
