Do you have a extinguisher in your car...

....to stop a runaway Diesel?

Call me paranoid, but I have this big old CO2 extinguisher in my trunk.

Who knows it might come in handy someday.. to stop the motor, or some other emergency.

$1,000.00 to replace front windshield?

The glass on my windshield is pitted and on some days when sun is at the right angle the pits are very visible. The MB dealer wants a grand to put in a new one...is this reasonable?

As you know the door panel has a fuzzy texture. No problem cleaning off the scuff marks just afraid I will rub of the texture one day.

Got a fill up on the NY thruway of "Premium" diesel
MY E-300-TD appears to run better on it. Is it just my imagination? The only place I see it around here is on the thruway...Anybody know a source...

Got a 99 300TD with only 22,000 miles..Taking it in to the MB dealer to fix a minor problem... At 22,000 miles the "Book" doesn't call for much maintenance.
