the set procedure i staed above is to set 43.5 psi in the system, then the boost/vac ref will keep it 43.5 psi above engine pressure at all engine speeds.

correct, and the pressure in the injectors will then always be 43.5 psi above the map, wich means they are running at the design rate.

also, check your pump, ****ty pump will give major issues.

you should disconnect the vacuum line to the reg, and block both ends, set pressure on reg to 43.5 with engine running and then unblock and reconnect the line, fuel pressure should then show a drop...

pumps dont suck gas from the tank, they push whatever is supplied to them, so it is the 12mm hole from the gravity fed tank that is the bottle neck.

the pump mentioned above is unknown to me...
