Front Cigar lighter fuse location

Had a cell phone charger short out and now lighter socket is dead. Any idea where the fuse would be on a 2007 S550? I checked the right and left panels on the dash board and no luck.

When I change oil I also suck the brake fluid reservoir empty too and refil it with fresh fluid.. It will all mix and its easy to do as I use a pump to change oil..

To see if the duovalve is screwing up , just pinch off the hoses to it.. if the evaporator outlet temp drops then the duovalve is not shutting off complely..

If you had a port on the line feeding the exp. valve it would be easy but I doubt there is one.. It could be a bad exp. valve that wont open but if that was so, I would think the low side pressure...
