Alan Miller; at Redline Engineering in Canaan New York has been servicing my 86 560sl for years. He is great at diagnostics and is fairly priced. Canaan is about 25 miles east of Albany.

Ceramic brake pads

I would be interested in any pads that would reduce brake pad dust. Do you think ceramic pads would have better stopping power than standard issue MB pads????

best sl color combo

My 1986 560sl is a head turner in creme exterior with a chocolate brown bonnet and interior. It has 40 k miles and never seen snow!:eek:

any suggestions for added performance from my 1986 560sl? I don,t want to take the engine apart or fool with the exhaust; system. My MB has less ;than 38,000 miles.
