That amout of wear on the bolts had to be happening for a long time. Last time I wa under the car was back in Feb. and everything looked fine. I just can't believe that I didn't feel anything.

I would have put 3 or 4 oz in the r/d and 4 oz spread out in the rest of the system before sealing it up and pulling a vac. The weight on the sticker is for the freon only, no oil weight.

I would start at the door actuator itself. Pull the door panel and you can check there for vac/pressure. If you have nothing at the actuator I would check where the line enters the door.
