EZL Rebuild?

The EZL in my 92 S320 is not functioning. There is a company advertising on e-Bay that "repairs/rebuilds" them. A little cheaper than a used one. And at least a third the price of a new one....

The 92 300SD (W140) is loosing reverse. At idle it will move slowly but if you give it any fuel it will not move. And can not reverse up any kind of incline.
