I took the switchover valve out and ran the boost...

I took the switchover valve out and ran the boost line straight to the ALDA. Works great.

I will possibly use a boost gage just to be sure. Actually the center vents work great......only...

Ohhh..that is true! I might be best served to pull the EGR off and build some form of blocking plates.. My state does not do inspections on Diesels. Yeah Texas!!!

Can you simply just pull the vacuum line off the EGR, disconnect the line from where ever it goes and plug the (I am assuming switchover valve that operates the EGR)?

Will the EGR stay closed then?
