Replacing window motor on a 300E

I am trying to install a replacement passengerside motor on my 1992 300E and it's giving me fits.

Is there a how to I can rear or download?

Well, if the radio and the headlights are on the PWR button is lit, else not. But, I did pull the faceplate just for grins. The bulb is buried pretty well. Maybe there's an elevtrical connection...

The tach was dead.

Well, I pulled the instrument cluster today and swapped with a known good cluster. The tach worked. So, swapped in the used tach while mine is being sent off to be repaired.
