Nothing sketchy about the 6 speed that came behind the M111 W203 hatchback. I have it behind my C36 which makes quite a bit more power than any OM603 without issue.

Replace the throttle body! It is original with bad wiring. You can shop for them on ebay for a ton less than new. There is a ASR and a non ASR throttle body. It does not matter what M104 or class...

The throttle body has the same bad wiring as the engine harness. Check to see if you have a original throttle body by looking for a date code on the green/white sticker on it.

If you were going to do this sort of swap it would not make any sense to install a 4.3. You might as well install the 5.4 m113. You would need all of the ecu's and bits from a C43 though.
