I think there was a problem with the fuel...

I think there was a problem with the fuel flashing (vapor lock) in the lines and I'm not sure why, but they added a second pump to a few of the models.

Where is the fuel pump relay and how could this be checked for correct operation? Also what is the ovp?

I don't think it's the gas cap. When I fill up, air pressure is relseased when I open...

The car is a 1989 300E. I think the car takes like 14 gallons and when I fill it up from 1/4 tank, I will only put around 10 gallons in.
