If you turn the fan around, you MAY see a THUMBNAIL in the fan hub where you can SNEAK the belt over to the crank pulley . . . If NOT, you can make one with a DIE GRINDER . . .

Look for CRACKS, CARBON TRACKING and BURNT AREAS around the TERMINALS . . . Rotors tend to BURN behind the CENTER contact to GROUND . . .
