I dont think adding dryers would help, if you look on any big van or suv you see that for dual air con sys they only add a second evaporator with a larger condenser.

had same problum removed all of the vac junk . Such as egr and switch over valves on on top of engine also valve on top of injector and ran vac line direct. every thing works better than when it was...

sounds like you have a weak or dirty servo or worn clutchs, try some KW additve works great for cleaning varnish off the parts.

the brown color is from oil discolration and heat. if you dont hav chips or deep grooves in rails i wood not worry about them i have seen 300000 on origs.

1983 300 d ,running real cool now i think fan clutch is a little tight , but if i squzze upper hose it bubbles in over flow tank when engine is stone cold. is thermostat bad?
i thought it should be...

I rebuilt all of the injectors on my 300 turbo, runs fine but one inj makes a lot more noise at idle. It is mormal at 1000 rpm,s ,do I need to add larger or smaller shims to quite it down at idle. ...
