Silly boy. That 'light' flexplate is bolted to ~15# of torque converter so the total weight is probably the same or a little more than a manual flywheel.

Don't stop at the flywheel. If you can get ahold of that, you can get the rear cross member too; it will save you some fabrication time. Might ask for the driveshaft as well.
