I do have a S & W so it is a 722.6. I understand there were some upgrades to the software for that model. Do you know if that is something that would only be covered under warranty?

I thought their may be a site that by VIN I could get model. I bought the car used and don't have original owners pack. From reading past posts it appeared they may have changed tranny's half way...

I have a 1997 C280 Sport, how can I determine which tranny is in this car? I have searched the forum and it appears it may be a 722.6 but want to be sure.
