I don't know-with the recent skyrocketing price of fuel, there has been a fair amount of biodiesel interest locally, and (as we all know) the older Benz is the perfect vehicle for it.

Every time I do a search on cars.com it seems to return at least 2 or 3 cars listed on a paper called the "Recycler" that is in CA? Usually they are in the $700-$900 range needing a motor. The...

I'm trying to talk the guys down on it-I just wanted to see if there was any need for the parts, I'm probably going to buy it anyway if I can get it for around $500-I need a BUNCH of minor trim...

sure it's roadworthy-in OH!

This one would probably ride and drive as long as you don't mind sitting at a 30 degree angle to the left with the seat against the door pillar, with no exhaust whatsoever, and an engine that won't...

I did-but maybe that's too much:rolleyes: -actually the guy wants $700 for the whole car, and that's with no exhaust, dead vacuum system, and rust everywhere-just threw it out there to see if anyone...

Down here in Cincinnati, right by me, is an '81 240D 4 speed, 277K miles, unfortunately kind of rusty (floorboards, jack points gone, doors and fenders kind of bad too), but actually has a halfway...
