I just got in my new distributor cap, rotor, gasket, and cover today. The production date stamp on the distributor cap was '98! :eek: Thats old stock!!

Possibly.....but I'd bet on dirty/fouled spark...

Possibly.....but I'd bet on dirty/fouled spark plugs or bad wires or a weak coil before that cover......

On my 300E the misfire was from coked spark plugs. Cleaned them all off real good and...
