The Ignition switch seems ok, a direct connection...

The Ignition switch seems ok, a direct connection from ignition switch output to starter motor cures the problem - anybody know what is between the switch and starter motor ? :confused:

Is there a Starter Relay ?

I have a C220 diesel 1993, the engine will not crank at all most times,
the starter Motor is fine (Will work with direct connection) is there a starter relay in this model or can someone suggest any...
