I too thought about my funny blinker fluid post when I added an update just this morning! I didn't think anyone else would remember! ;)

Well I'm rather convinced that it's a combo relay...

My blinkers have slowly but surely been getting worse. The "blink" is not consistent... left or right or hazard lights. The flashes sometimes stick, and sometimes have seconds between the flashes. ...
