Hermetic systems are difficult to bring to 500 unless entirely new copper and zero oil is present... I couldn't imagine trying...

ok... the problem with this is... mobile ac systems have permeable hoses and seals... there is no way to properly vacuum it down to 500 microns. it's not possible.
