Thanks. I did use the plastic sleeves. I was concerned about the seating. I used that tool from mercedes source and push very, very hard. But I never felt any click as the instructions mentioned.

I just replaced the valve stem seals on my 115 and adjusted the valves. But when I started her up, she really belched some smoke. I haven't run it more than five minutes since completing the job. ...
