Thanks John, once I get the motor out of the 300SD, since it has the starter on it, will turn it over and see how it sounds....I think all it needs to run is all the fuel lines, injectors, and glow...

Got the engine and tranny pulled from the 79 wagon W123 this evening.....Both have about 215k on them. Engine does NOT have IP, starter, or alternator. Also missing injectors and glow plugs....Didn't...
