Also both pumps seem to be running fine... Any thoughts? I also took a heat gun to all the fuel lines to make sure there was no ice...

Yes it does. Sorry I forgot to mention that also....

Yes it does. Sorry I forgot to mention that also. If you let it run in park or neutral it will build RPMS then die. So I know it has something to do with the fuel... just not quite sure what.
