Is it recommended to use a gasket sealer when installing both intake and exhaust manifolds? And if so what type?

Also, is it smart to also replace crush washer in delivery valve in addition to the o ring? Guess should be putting in the Vitton...

Bolts are suppose to be combination M8's..... 8, 10 or 12 off M 8 remove, reinstall 25Nm.

B_C, Do you have to remove the intake manifold to be able to loosen the delivery valves in order to change those O Rings? Working on '87 300 SDL. Looks like if you don't remove IM you need to use...
