I'm actually in Los Angeles, I think the coldest it's been where I'm at is the low 40's. Not a freezing temp, but I didn't seem to have this problem last year. Thanks

I'll try that, but when I put my vacuum pump on the inlet side of the first filter, I can pull fuel easily, and when I was testing the fuel pump first, the fuel (oil) flowed through the pump easily...
