No problem with emissions as the KE-Jetronic III...
No problem with emissions as the KE-Jetronic III is stock and set to factory spec.
Engine doesn't know it has twin turbos until they build up boost.
Never considered EFI as I'm doing a "period'...

For the money needed to get power from a M103-12V 0r M104-24V, one can buy a fairly quick Merc.
Best bang for your buck...400E or E420 if you want to stay with the 124 chassis....
