Now you "peen" the end of the rivet to "mushroom"...

Now you "peen" the end of the rivet to "mushroom" it so it stays in the hole.Peening is a bunch of taps from a ballpeen hammer that will deform the metal of the rivet, mushrooming it over a bit....

That's indeed the infamous "sliding jaw". Remove...

That's indeed the infamous "sliding jaw". Remove the regulator to "peen" in a new one.
