You can bench test the blower and that will isolate your problem to the switch or to the electronic control unit for the blower.

Check your fuse 12 and auxillary fuse holder with...

Check your fuse 12 and auxillary fuse holder with the 30 amp fuse. If those are good then its the electronic blower control.

Check wiring and grounds too
