why many Europeans don't use Paypal

No, it's NOT odd from THEIR viewpoint. European banks are much more secure electronically than US banks. In previous jobs I used to track this. US Banks lose millions each year because of hackers...

German banking systems are sooo much more secure than American. That's why. Except for PFCU.

Paypal has been hacked and identities stolen. Ask me how I know. :(
