Because I never allow that situation to happen...

But if it was put into a pressure charger and pumped up...and left I would get...

You pump the brake several times...and hold that pressure on the pedal.
Someone opens the nipple farthest from the master cylinder as measured along the brake...

Flushing just means using enough fluid when bleeding so that you have replaced all your old fluid with new...
Otherwise you could bleed just fine without having gotten rid of the old fluid...
