I was reading from the manual that came in my 240...

I was reading from the manual that came in my 240 manual, but, if I'm not mistaken, it's the same manual given to all the models. If you look on the front, it has all of them listed.

A different cam would not affect max engine...

A different cam would not affect max engine speed. I seriously doubt the cam would be different on a auto vs. manual mated engine. There would be different part #'s for one thing.
