Any ideas what this could be? Tested the CPS and it was showing a value of around 850 ohms which appears to be in spec. The duty cycle is okay and in the 46-54% range.

My 300CE has stalled out on me twice this week. It usually happens when the car is cold and hasn't reached operating temperature. First time while exiting parking garage and going up ramp the car...
