Temporarily disconnect the vac line to the brake...

Temporarily disconnect the vac line to the brake booster, cap it off and repeat the same experiment. Also take a close look at the line going to the brake booster for cracks breaks.

Your idle RPM is too high but it goes down to normal idle RPM when you press the brake pedal. I wonder if you have a vacuum leak in your brake booster thats affecting the waste gate actuator or some...

Hook it up to an obd2 device that shows live data...

Hook it up to an obd2 device that shows live data and watch the TPS and load as this is happening. I suspect your TPS is acting up.
