At the start of every winter I run my washer fluid down to empty. Then I refill with Heet and a full gallon of fresh fluid.

Did you fill it up with hot water to dislodge the ice?

I had a rough start one day and poor benzy died...

I had a rough start one day and poor benzy died with a coughing rough start.

I thought it was a glow plug and I checked the resistance. No glow plug problems.

Well the rough idle went away....
