Good job with the battery... if the speaker "blips" then you have the correct + and - for that speaker. The speaker shouldn't make any noise if you dont have the right ground.

Just separate all the grounds... if you fish the...

Just separate all the grounds... if you fish the wiring out of the center console you can see that all the speakers have a + and - wire running to them... if you get it all fished out you will see...
