Are you really saying that Mobil 1 15w-50's CCS spec is the same as dino 15w-40?? Do you mind my asking where you get those numbers? Poking around on the net it does appear that Shell Rotella...

Mobil 1 15w-50 has the same pour point as Delvac...

Mobil 1 15w-50 has the same pour point as Delvac 1, -45C. This is more than 10 degrees colder than Delvac 1300 (all numbers off the Mobil (http://www.mobil.com) web site).
