Any ideas on that line that runs from top of oil...

Any ideas on that line that runs from top of oil pan to bottom of air filter and why it is leaking oil..

I recently aquired an '80 300 d. Is this the same...

I recently aquired an '80 300 d. Is this the same pump. My sprays when using. And I've been needing it to start it after it has sat for about an hour?
