Nope....at least not right away. 3 of 5 were just plain bad, 1 was iffy, but 5 new nozzles and all 5 within a hair of each other for popping and it still smokes and nailing noise. Shakes less...

I don't doubt that. #2 was really fouled...it didn't chatter at all on pressure, it just pissed a solid stream. Changed that one and suddenly had chatter and a spray pattern.

Loosening injector lines wasn't conclusive in finding the nailer, it seemed like the noise was 'less' when either one or two was loosened.

Flipped a coin an pulled injector #2....

Thanks to Coolijay and the extensive DIY list I figured out the drip timing. It's (close, wife has counting issues ::) to 1 drip per sec at 24btdc. (sometimes it's two drips dear).
