I determined where I went wrong with torque wrench

I am more familiar with foot/lbs. that Nm. The instructions said to torque to 30 Nm twice then to 35 Nm. My smaller torque wrench has foot/lbs on one side and daNm on the other with Kgm down below....

Glow plugs are fairly new and working.
