If you have no block heater, there is a plug with a 19mm allen hole in it.

and the wrench size to install or remove the actual heater is a 46mm.

Not the block heater nut but rather the plug when there is no heater there.Its an allen wrench hole.1 13/16 i beleive is the wrench size to tighten the heater once installed.
