There is a "Full Line" on the resevoir, it should not be over filled to the "brim". This may, or may not be the issue. But, check the fluid level.

I didn't know that my seal/gasket was gone until a guy pulled up at a light and told me fuel was gushing from my car. Ordered the seal/gasket from FastLane, problem solved.
