If the sensor is suspect, you may want to have it looked at. ;)

The tire sizes you mentioned are standard equipment on many M-B models.
Very little difference in rolling diameter.
This will not cause a problem with ASR, ABS, ESP, etc. ;)

Yes, all M-B shops use the suction method, but they also feed the suctiontube to the bottom of the oilpan.
I would not be happy with a " cupfull " of dirty oil remaining in the pan. ;)
