ok Steve, the spark plugs look like they are drenched and I did pull out the fuel pump relay and let the plugs dry. Put it back in and it almost started. Whats next?

With the line off I had someone crank the engine and no gas comes out off the injector...

Oh yes, when I put the fuel in the air intake I was also holding the air flap down and cranking to eliminate the possibilty of air not going in..
