DVD (VOB) file conversion to WAV

I have a DVD with interviews from my dad and I I am trying to get a wav file out of them. My sister in law does transcription and her software only handles WAV files.

Does anyone know of a good program to do this (preferably free or really cheap). I have hunted around but cannot figure out what's good and whats crap.

Thanks

OK. Cool site but this brings up another question. When I look at the files on the disk I have 3 VOB files. Two are identical in size
VTS 01 1.VOB
VTS 01 2.VOB

This one is smaller (by about half) VTS 01 3.VOB

Which one do I convert? And what about the very small BUP and IFO files?

Thanks

Play all the files and find out which one has the video that you need. (VOB files can be a pain to work with at times.) Don't worry about the smaller files, once you get the correct VOB converted you won't need them.

I forgot to mention....the only problem with that site is that it can be sensitive to large files....
